When I got home I did the core challenge and managed to complete the exercises in 11.42 minutes, only 4 seconds slower than yesterday!
THEN it was off to Pilates! My first class since the 13th December - some 13 weeks! I was a bit anxious about how my ankle would stand up (no pun intended) to the balance exercises. However, I need not of worried - I didn't feel any pain at all in my ankle. However, I do NOW have stiff arms, achy stomach muscles and painful bum cheeks! But I enjoyed it! Roll on next week!
When I got home I even did my physio exercises on my "bad" leg - I wasn't sure whether I needed to but decided to go for it!
Running day tomorrow - LIFE IS GOOD!
