Chucks away!

I have had a non-running weekend but not a lazy one!


On Saturday I had a fantastic experience in a Gyrocopter which you can read about here.

Then on Sunday we went for a 8 mile walk and conquered 2 Wainwright Fells which were Carrock Fell and High Pike! 

With it being such a hot day it was tiring but very enjoyable. We only have 193 wainwrights to climb now! 

However, with doing this walk I didn't manage to fit my 1 hour easy run in which was scheduled for today!  By the time I got home I was too hot and exhausted to go! 

Oh Dear!






So I have  survived week 11 of my marathon training and my stats for the week look like this:

Running: 22.98 miles in 3 runs.
Time on feet: 3:35:40
Best mile Pace this week :  8.08 m/m

Plus

Cross Training consisting of:

Walking: 8.64 Miles
I Hour Circuit Training

Total Weekly Miles:  31.62 Miles

and my total training for the marathon to date since 22nd April 2013 is:

Running : 256.92 Miles
Time on feet: 40:02:32

Best Mile Pace = 8 Minute Mile on 26th May

Plus

Cross Training consisting of-

Pilate's: 7 hour
Circuit Training: 6 hour
Swimming:  8.11  Miles
Walking: 67.93 Miles
Cycling: 43.82 Miles
45 minutes Sports Massage

Total Miles: 377.78
