Tonight I went swimming and I think there must have been several bus trips of people in there!
It was exceptionally busy!
There was no way I could try and do speed work as every Tom, Dick and Harry were getting in my way so after several frustrating lengths I decided to concentrate on technique instead!
Once I had decided on this course of action I calmed down and enjoyed my swim!
I ended up doing 4 sets of 20 lengths, so 80 in total, or 2000 metres or 1.24 miles.
Miraculously my back is still OK so I will attempt another run tomorrow!
