Yesterday, only 6 weeks after getting my first ever road bike I participated in a 60 mile challenge. I must admit I was pretty anxious about this ride, not only was it my first sportive, it was very long ride for me being new to road cycling and it was also on possibly the hottest day of the year so far! I was too exhausted yesterday after the ride to update this blog, but I have managed to muster the energy to do it today!
