Being a Monday tonight's activity of choice was swimming with the local Tri Club. The focus tonight was on pace and timing, which meant trying to keep equal pace for every length with measured rest periods. Apparently it's important to pace things well. If you start too fast and then slow down you won't get the same training benefit.
I did 1500 Metres or 0.93 Miles and finally feel I am slowly getting my pre injury fitness back!
