Rest day = Shopping day = New babies!

Today was a rest day so there was nothing more for it but to go shopping!

This little trip resulted in a Costa coffee, chocolate muffin and a beautiful pair of new trail trainers!!  

After trying a few million pairs on I went back to the very first pair I tried on! 

It was definitely love at first sight for me with the Brooks Cascadia 9 trainers! 

They felt soooooo unbelievably comfortable and fit like a glove!

I can't wait to hit the trails now to try them out!
