The need for speed!

This evening I went to The Tri Club running training session where the focus was on speed!

After a warm up and some dynamic drills we set off to do some interval training!

Speed isn't my thing and I always struggle to keep up, but I must be getting faster as I managed to keep up for longer than usual!  I really enjoyed the challenge of trying to maintain a faster speed for longer!

One day I will surprise everyone (and myself!) by keeping up for the entire duration!

We ran a total of 3.8 miles which included 10 intervals!
