Once I had got over my exhaustion and disappointment it was that time of the week to add up my miles!
So I have survived week 8 of my marathon training and my stats for the week look like this:
Running: 25.32 miles in 4 runs.
Time on feet: 3:49:32
Plus
Cross Training consisting of:
Walking: 2.05 Miles
45 minutes Sports Massage
Total Weekly Miles: 27.37 Miles
and my total training for the marathon to date since 22nd April 2013 is:
Running : 186.97 Miles
Time on feet: 29:09:56
Plus
Cross Training consisting of-
Pilate's: 5 hour
Circuit Training: 3 hour
Swimming: 6.59 Miles
Walking: 46.41 Miles
Cycling: 43.82 Miles
45 minutes Sports Massage
Total Miles: 283.78
